This is what I have learned from this course. Early Childhood Educators can help young children COPE with bias, discomfort and trauma. We have to do it for the children. Taking care of them now and they will take care of us in the future!
I also love your collage because of it's simplicity as well! Your photos represent children of all colors. My five year old has been noticing what color people are for months now. I think all young children will really like what you have created, and this will definitely get them talking about diversity! Beautiful work girl!
